Refund policy
1. Order and cancellation
After placing your order, if you change your mind before receiving it, we can validate cancellations at any time before the products are shipped. If an order has already been dispatched, for quality reasons we will no longer be able to cancel it. If a cancellation is still possible, you will be reimbursed the amount of your purchase less an administration fee of CHF. 10.00.
After shipment, no returns or refunds are possible.
2. Product returns
For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we do not accept returns after dispatch and no refunds will be given on all our tea ranges and products with strict hygiene rules.
For accessories, please follow the instructions for use. In the event of an invisible defect, an exchange or refund will be made if you are not responsible.
