Shipping Policy

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the buyer's order confirmation.
The information given by the purchaser at the time of ordering is binding.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the products upon receipt; any anomaly noted (damaged package, missing or damaged product) must be reported to SAMAO TEA SNC within 3 days of receipt.
Any complaint formulated beyond this time will be regarded as inadmissible and the responsibility for company SAMAO TEA SNC could not be committed.
Our orders are delivered by a carrier with or without the buyer's signature. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been sent.
SAMAO TEA SNC declines all responsibility in the event of late delivery attributable to the carrier or to an out-of-stock situation. Although we make every effort to respect the delivery times announced, circumstances beyond our control may sometimes cause delays.
If a package is returned to SAMAO TEA SNC, additional charges may apply if we have to return it to the buyer.
In the event of unforeseen stock shortages, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible and to propose alternative solutions if possible.
In the event of failure to meet delivery deadlines, we encourage you to contact us so that we can take appropriate measures. However, under no circumstances will the customer be able to claim against SAMAO TEA SNC for loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
If a package is returned to SAMAO TEA SNC, additional charges may apply if we have to return it to the purchaser.
